Our Advanced Life Support units typically respond to emergency calls through local 911 systems, as well as perform patient transfers requiring a high level of care. Assisting med flights with transfers to/from emergency medical aircraft and serving as both primary and secondary emergency services for municipalities are some of the duties performed by our ALS units. Using state of the art technology and equipment, these units serve as a mobile emergency room for critical patients.
